Dr. Thayne is a BioEnergetic Practitioner. He has received degrees and certificates to practice BioEnergetics. Dr. Destin Thayne received his B.S. in Health Science from Brigham Young University-Idaho. He received his Masters degree and doctorate from the Academy of BioEnergetics in Humansville, Missouri.

Nathan Fuhriman is a certified BioEnergetic Technician, or B.E.T. He has been performing the Limbic Stress Assessment body Scan and helping people since November 2007. Nathan also received his B.S. Degree in Horticulture from BYU-Idaho in 2004.

Gabby Schmidt, LMT
Gabby Christensen is a dedicated and caring massage therapist who prioritizes the well-being and comfort of every client. With recent graduation from Rexburg College of Massage Therapy, Gabby is excited to work with Beacon Integrative Medical Center and remedy those in need. Gabby specializes in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of individuals. Passionate about holistic health and healing, Gabby believes that massage is not just a treatment, but a pathway to restoring balance and fostering connection between mind and body. She takes the time to truly listen to clients, ensuring every session is a collaborative journey toward relaxation, pain relief, or enhanced mobility.
Committed to creating a safe and welcoming space, Gabby stays updated on the latest techniques and best practices in the industry. Whether addressing chronic pain, stress, or simply providing an hour of much-needed self-care, Gabby is devoted to helping clients feel their best—inside and out. Outside of work, Gabby enjoys painting, camping and hiking with her husband, and continuing to learn about wellness, further enriching their understanding of holistic lifestyles.
Dr. Brett Appleby
Dr. Brett Appleby is trained in holistically integrative primary care medicine. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University and received his doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from National University of Health Sciences. As an LDS missionary, he served for two years among the people of Thailand, serving in numerous leadership positions, as well as teaching English in schools and volunteering at local hospitals. His passion for health and wellness stems from his own past struggles with a debilitating chronic disease and subsequent healing experience using natural medicine.
As a primary care doctor with extensive medical training and experience, Dr. Appleby treats a wide-range of chronic health issues and conditions. Utilizing a vast array of natural therapeutics firmly grounded in the holistic approach, Dr. Appleby successfully renews hope, health, and vitality. His philosophy is simple—seek and treat the true underlying root cause of disease. As a functional medicine expert he firmly espouses the interconnectedness of mind, body, spirit, and lifestyle in determining the status of one’s health.
As a result of his own personal health journey, Dr. Appleby has made it his life’s mission to help others overcome their personal struggles with illness and frustration with our current medical care system. Now considered one of the fittest doctors in America, Dr. Appleby encourages others to self-educate, to self-empower, and teaches the use of holistic methods to prevent and reverse disease by supporting the body’s natural healing processes.
